The purpose forwhich it was created: To organize the Dentist into a Society for the purpose of disseminating the Dental professional knowledge and the ethics of the profession among its members.
To further develop the art of Dentistry for the alleviation of pain and suffering of humanity by applying the most modern methods of the Dental profession.
To form a more perfect union among the members of the profession, establish domestic and foreign relations with other like organizations, provide for the common good and protection of the members of the society and their patients, and secure the blessings of our fortunes and those of our posterity.
To levy assessments on its membership for current expenses etc.
To restrict, its membership or extend same according to the moral and professional standing of applicant.
